What impressed us most in our discussions was the fact that we were dealing with a highly experienced team with a wealth of knowledge of the Hunters Hill peninsula area. This was demonstrated initially in our early discussions about probable selling prices taking account of recent comparable sales in the area and together with the characteristics of our own property , allowed us to come to early agreement on a feasible target selling price range.
